THE WEDNESDAY EVENING POST FOR JANUARY 11, 2012

Hey All!

Glad to see you came back for another video edition of the Wednesday Evening Post!  Good News!  I figured out the "grinding noise" problem!  Now, can somebody figure out why I keep using the word "basically"?  I've got to break that habit, so excuse me for it this time. . .Here is the video!

Here are the still photos of the cards:

The digital image for this card is Whimsie Doodles.  Click HERE to go there.

The video for the magic trick and how it is done can be found HERE.

Pic of the Week

This sweet bird just sat there watching the boys on the path a couple of days ago.  Believe it or not, this is not a "zoomed" photo.  I was actually this close to this wonderful little guy.  It didn't seem afraid at all.  It actually seemed fascinated with my boys.  It finally flew away.

Have a great rest of the week!  Thanks so much for stopping by!  I'll see you on your blogs!

Hugs to all of you!

As always you never disappoint- your cards are wonderful-I am loving the dog martini-to funny for sure.
I am also like you when people leave questions and no way to contact and some even don't have a contact link on their blogs.
Hope your all doing well and enjoying this warm spell we are having-maybe snow Thursday.
Take care and thanks for the magic trick-I could use several if you could spare them.

Curt, Your blog just made my day! I love the video (I, too, have the "basically" disease - but much worse than you). You didn't use the word that much. I love the magic trick. And your cards are nice and simple, but high impact. Love the funny images - what a way to spread some smiles! That martini dog will have to join my collection! Have a great week, my friend.

I think you are "basically" wonderful no matter how often you use that b word. Love love love your videos and will have to go shopping to get these 3 images. Wish I had a blog for you to visit but I'm just computer illiterate. Hugs and blessings

Basically, who cares how many times you said the word! Basically, we all love your videos and projects! Basically, I would much rather hear that 20 times rather than, well, basically - "you know" or "like" or personally my favorite, "whatever!" Just kidding Curt - love you and your big guys. Basically, you amaze me with your passion for the arts! Again, great cards as usual. Fun examples we don't always see. The pupatini made me giggle.

Chris R. from Iowa

P.S. Gotta go back and count how many times you said basically. I probably had more in my comment than in your video! Hugs to the guys.

I did count 4 basicaly's in the beginning but then I didn't pick up on anymore cause I was concentrating on your talk. So, you're not just another pretty face, are you?! You not only have artistic creativity but now we find out that you are an illusionist too.

Your cards are terrific ... love the guy card. And of course, the puppy with the collar is hilarious. But not if you have ever had a puppy who needed to wear one. It's like an extra appendage for them ... funny at first but once they have 'shovelled' their way through the house and wiped out anything that is on a table and chipped some walls ... it's not funny anymore.

Sure do love your new video format.

The 'senior citizen' image is just too funny. Awesome image for a get-well card. Love your coloring and the hand-written 'prescription.' The little martini dog is so cute. Cards and tricks--love the new videos!

Love the cards this week - especially the doggie card - my girls hate those darn collars - love the MD bag - and the gossip ladies are a hoot. I dont have a strong enough signal on my internet (I have Wild Blue Satalite) so I have a real struggle with videos, will have to watch it with my BFF Patti!!!

Sorry it took me so long to comment....not sure which is giving me fits...computer or blogger?? Anyways I'm here now!

COOL!! Love the magic trick! Feel free to send me one of those stuffed full of cash whenever! LOL!

Such a cute doggie card and I gotta say watching your hands move around after showing that card completely reminds me of the hand "Thing" off the Addams Family! :P

Love how you can write your own message on the mouse image...sadly my handwriting stinks though. Yours looks amazing!

HA! I'm going to be one of those gossipy ladies when I get old!

So fun Curt! Keep up the great videos!

Basically...yeah, I know. Great cards, though. And that "sweet bird" is a Mockingbird. There ain't too much they are afraid of. I've seen them go after dogs, cats even a hawk. Guess that's why they're the state bird of TX. Saw your comment on Deadbeat and figured I ck out your corner of blog land. Glad I did!
